Chili Cook-Off

Holy Smokes Chili Cook-Off! This is a fundraiser to support sending our Youth and Kids to camp this summer. Enter here: Register

  - Contestants: $20 per entry

  - Tasting Admission (Includes ballot):

      - Adults: $10

      - Kids (5–12): $5

      - Under 5: Free

      - Family Maximum: $25

  - Extras:

      - Additional ballots: $1 each

      - Baked goods: $1–$5


Contestant Rules:

1. Entry fee required for participation.

2. Food must be prepared off-site.

3. Food must be delivered hot and ready to serve.

4. Contestants must provide their own crockpot or roaster.

5. No open flames allowed indoors.

6. Judging is anonymous (entries will be numbered).

7. Basic food safety practices must be followed.

In addition to our Trunk or Treat we will be offering free popcorn and cotton candy. Waggins Hotdogs and Savory Sunflower Mini-Donuts will be on site for purchase. Come enjoy the fun with bouncy houses and a hayride!

Run for Missions 5K

Description

This USATF-certified race takes place on the scenic Doodle Trail and is flat and fast!  It is an out-and-back course beginning and ending at United Wesleyan Church 738 Rice Road Easley SC 29640.  The race begins at 8 am and awards will begin at 9 am.  All proceeds go to Alabaster House in Easley.
